These terms govern the use of the Demo Restaurant online ordering platform.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you enter into a binding contract with Demo Restaurant. All prices include applicable taxes.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. After preparation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Liability

Demo Restaurant is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
